  • The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Viewing this website, submitting a contact form, or communicating by email does not establish a therapeutic relationship.

  • I provide individual psychotherapy services for adults. Therapy is a collaborative process and may support concerns related to anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationships, and personal growth.

My approach is thoughtful, relational, and tailored to each person’s needs. I may draw from a variety of evidence-based practices to support your goals in therapy.

Therapy can lead to meaningful benefits, including greater self-understanding, improved coping, and emotional growth. At times, it may also bring up difficult feelings or experiences. Because therapy is a personal process, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

  • Your privacy is important to me. Information shared in therapy is kept confidential except in circumstances required or permitted by law, including:

    • when there is risk of harm to yourself or others

    • when there is suspected abuse or neglect of a child, older adult, or disabled person

    • when records are required by court order or other legal process

    • when you provide written authorization for information to be released

Additional information about how protected health information may be used and disclosed is available in the Notice of Privacy Practices.

  • Private Pay-$150 per 50-minute session

    Insurance

I am in-network with Aetna, United Healthcare/Optum, BlueCross BlueShield of TX, and Cigna/Evernorth.

If you plan to use insurance, I encourage you to verify your benefits directly with your plan, including your deductible, copay, coinsurance, and coverage for outpatient mental health services.

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of care.

Under federal law, healthcare providers are required to provide an estimate of expected charges to clients who are not using insurance or who choose not to use their insurance benefits. You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services or at any time during treatment.
