About Me
I’m Mary, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Austin, Texas where I also earned my Master of Arts in Counseling from St. Edward’s University. My speciality is working with adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, and life transitions.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you better understand yourself. I aim to create a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what’s contributing to feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Together, we’ll work to build insight, strengthen coping tools, and support meaningful, lasting change.
In addition to my clinical work, I’ve held leadership and operational roles within a group practice, which has given me a broader understanding of how to support clients thoughtfully and effectively.
I am a divorced mom of two adult children and have adjusted my ever-changing role to one of support as they navigate young adulthood. Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy working out, cooking and baking, taking care of my two dogs and three cats, hanging out with friends, and planning scenic road trips around the United States.
